摘要
在传统生药学实验基础上,优选出最基础和具有代表性的实验部分;对可实现定量操作的实验内容,结合显微鉴定方法及紫外光谱、高效液相方法等鉴定技术进行定量的实验设计研究。从各类中药的生药学鉴定、理化鉴定、中成药中生药含量测定三个方面实现定量实验设计。这种由定性到定量的实验教学设计,在强化生药学基础实验基础上,让学生具备对生药质量"定量"控制及其品质评价的能力及科研创新能力。
On the basis of traditional pharmacognosy experiments,the most basic and typical experimental section is chosen. Quantitative experimental design is carried out on the experiment contents that can realize quantitative operation,combined with the microscopic identification method,UV,and HPLC. Realizing the quantitative experimental design in three important areas: pharmacongnosy identification of Chinese medicine; physical and chemical identification; content determination of the Chinese patent medicine. Based on this reform,it could strengthen the basic pharmacognosy experiment of students,allow students to have the quality of crude drug "quantitative"control and improve the scientific research and innovation ability.
