阐述本科生导师在药制专业学生中的践行。根据学生志向实行个性化培养,建立长久有效的导师筛选和考核制度。
The paper discusses the application of undergraduate tutorial system in pharmaceutical preparation specialty. An individualized education according to students' ambition and a long-term effective monitoring and assessment system for teachers should be constructed.
