摘要
选取瓜子皮、茶叶、树叶、玉米秸秆等常见农林作物废弃物为研究对象,进行水热炭化实验,并对炭化后的液相产物和固相产物的性质进行分析。结果表明:生物质水热炭化后,液相产物COD急速增大,其中秸秆液相产物COD达到43 098 mg/L。固相产物含炭量增大,高位热值增加,并且炭化后的固体较炭化前的固体出现了微球状结构。
The properties of products from biomass by hydrothermal carbonation, such as sunflower seed husks, tea, tree leaves,and corn stalk,were tested in this paper. Meanwhile, the properties of liquid phase products and solid phase products after hydrothermal carbonization were analyzed. The results showed that the COD of liquid phase products increased rapidly after hydrothermal carbonization, and the COD of the straw liquid phase was 43 098 mg/L. The carbon content of solid phase products and the high calorific value were increased. The microglobular structure was found in the solid after carbonization.
