摘要
建立了一种应用气相色谱-质谱法测定空气和废气中乙醇含量的分析方法;采用活性炭管吸附采样,异丙醇/二硫化碳混合解吸液解吸,经毛细管色谱柱分离,以气相色谱-质谱法测定乙醇的含量。该分析方法处理样品简便快速,无干扰,灵敏度高,检出限低,测定结果准确可靠,适用于环境空气和废气中乙醇的监测。
In this study, an analytical method was established for the determination of ethanol content in air and exhaust gas by gas chromatography mass spectrometry(GC-MS). In the process,adsorption sampling by activated carbon tube, desorption by isopropanol/carbon disulfide mixed desorption solution, capillary column for separation and analysis by GC-MS were performed. The actual operation showed that this method is simple and rapid with high sensitivity, low detection limit and reliable result. It is suitable for monitoring of ethanol in ambient air and exhaust gas.
