摘要
针对一种新型的预冷式热回收新风除湿机组,本文实验研究了新风旁通风量(范围0~3,000m3/h)对机组除湿性能的影响,包括旁通风量的变化对机组的制冷量、输入功率、能效比、出口新风干湿球温度和单位输入功率除湿量等参数的影响。实验结果表明,热回收装置的使用能有效提高单位输入功率除湿量,且通过热回收装置的新风量越大这个值越高。
A novel pre-cooling heat recovery fresh air dehumidifier is proposed and experimentally studied.Impact of the by-pass fresh air volume flow rate(range from 0 to 3,000 m3/h) on the dehumification performance of the unit change was tested.Parameters including the cooling capacity,input power,energy efficiency ratio,fresh air leaving dry-bulb and web-bulb temperatures,and specific moisture extraction rate(SMER) were measured.The results showed that SMER can be improved by the pre-cooling heat recovery.The higher the by-pass fresh air volume is,the higher the SMER is.
