摘要
在影响板式换热器换热效果的因素中,波纹倾角、波纹间距和波纹深度是3个关键的几何参数。根据均匀设计的思想,本文建立了3因素16水平的设计方案,利用Fluent软件进行数值计算,最终得到了最优参数,此时水侧换热和压降性能达到最佳状态,综合传热性能因子达到最大值。
Among many factors affecting the heat transfer performance of plate heat exchangers,the corrugated angle,pitch and depth are the three key geometric parameters.Based on the uniform design,the design of three factors and sixteen levels are calculated by the software FLUENT,and the optimal parameters under the experimental conditions are obtained.The water side heat transfer and pressure drop performance reach the optimum state,and the overall heat transfer factor reaches the maximum.
