摘要
压电微位移驱动器在精密微位移应用场合具有许多优点,但它的输出位移较小。为了放大它的输出位移,研究人员提出各种不同种类的放大机构,放大倍数是衡量放大机构性能的主要指标。文章主要介绍了常用的杠杆式柔性铰链机构Scott-Russell机构和桥式柔性铰链机构三种放大机构的放大倍数的计算方法。
The piezoelectric micro-displacement actuator has many advantages in the application of precise micro-displacement,but its output displacement is small. In order to amplify its output displacement, researchers put forward a variety of amplification mechanisms, as the magnification is the main index to measure the performance of the amplification mechanism. This paper mainly introduces the calculation methods of magnification of three kinds of amplifying mechanisms, i.e., commonly-used lever-type flexure hinge mechanism, Scott-Russell mechanism and bridge-type flexure hinge mechanism.
