摘要
核桃生食营养损失最少,尤其在采摘季节不经干燥的鲜核桃仁更是美味,吃鲜核桃仁在发达国家已普遍流行,但目前鲜核桃脱壳仍然主要采用手工的办法,效率低且卫生条件较差,针对于此,文章提出一种鲜核桃去壳取仁一体机,完成了总体和其各个组成单元的结构设计,并介绍了其工作原理。该设计将去壳取仁多道工序巧妙的结合在一台机器上,具有深远的意义,并为同类产品的设计提供了一定的参考。
The walnut has the least loss of nutrition when eaten raw, especially the fresh walnut, whose kernel tastes more deli-cious without drying in the picking season. Eating fresh walnut kernels has been widely popular in developed countries, but at pre-sent, the skinning of fresh walnuts is still mainly through the manual method, so the efficiency is low and the sanitary condition is poor. In view of this situation, this paper puts forward a kind of integrated machine of fresh walnut hulling and kernel extraction, completes the structure design of the whole and each of its components, and introduces its working principle. This design is signifi - cant in that it makes an ingenious combination of all processes of shelling and kernel extraction into one machine, and provides a reference for the design of products of the same kind.
