一种旋转密封送料阀氮气置换仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 某真空密闭系统要求系统内氧气浓度低于一定值(8%),系统中旋转密封送料阀是系统内外的主要漏点。文章采用充氮方式对旋转阀进行氮气置换保障隔氧效果,并对该过程进行了仿真分析,考察了不同充氮量下的氮气隔氧效果。结果表明:在旋转阀通入氮气流量为60m3/h时,可以在2s以内可以将叶片空腔的氧气浓度降低到8%以下,满足氮气置换要求,采用氮气置换进行系统隔氧的技术措施有效而且可行。 A vacuum closed system requires that the oxygen concentration in the system be lower than a certain value (8%), and the rotary seal feeding valve is the main leakage point inside and outside the system. In this paper, nitrogen replacement is used to ensure the oxygen insulation effect of rotary valve, and the simulation analysis of the process is carried out, and the e^ect of nitro-gen gas oxygen insulation under different nitrogen filling amount is investigated. The results show that the oxygen concentration in the blade cavity can be reduced to less than 8% within 2 seconds when the flow rate of nitrogen is 60m3/h, which can meet the re-quirement of nitrogen replacement. The technical measure of oxygen insulation by nitrogen replacement is effective and feasible.
