竖式集运车减重研究

摘要 文章针对竖式集运车自身重量偏重问题,着重分析了该车重载工况下主要构件的受力状态和载荷性质,拟出了一系列减重对策,在后续减重样车设计实践中起到了很好的指导作用。 In this paper, in view of the problem of the weight bias of the vertical container truck, the stress state and load properties of the main components under the heavy load condition of the vehicle are analyzed, and a series of weight loss counter-measures are proposed. It has played a good guiding role in the design practice of the follow-up weight-reducing prototype.
