泸州乌蒙山区农业现代化发展路径研究

Study on the Development Path of Agricultural Modernization in Wumeng Mountainous Area of Luzhou

文章分析了泸州乌蒙山区农业发展现状、农业现代化发展面临困境与发展机遇,结合农业发展趋势和当前政策,提出了从创新土地流转方式、转变农业经营主体、加强从业人员培训、鼓励引进先进技术、加大投入基础设施、引导发展农业加工、改变农业营销方式、拓宽农业融资渠道等方面的发展路径,以期推进泸州乌蒙山区农业现代化发展。

This paper analyzes the status quo of agricultural development in Wumeng mountainous area of Luzhou,the difficulties and development opportunities of agricultural modernization,combined with the development trend of agriculture and the current policy,and puts forward the countermeasures of cultivating cultivators from innovative land transfer by strengthening the training of employees,encouraging the introduction of advanced technology in order to increase investment in infrastructure,guide the development of agricultural processing,change the agricultural marketing methods,broaden the agricultural financing channels and other aspects of the development path to promote the development of agricultural modernization in Wumeng mountainous area of Luzhou.
