精准扶贫视野下高校贫困生资助工作创新研究

Research on the Innovation of Funding the Impoverished College Students from the Perspective of Precise Poverty Alleviation

精准扶贫是新时期我国扶贫开发的战略导向,是对新常态要求扶贫资源优化配置和发展质量提升政策的回应。为响应习近平总书记提出的精准扶贫思想,高校作为人才、科技、创新的高度集中地,不但应该在精准扶贫中发挥应有的作用,积极在"精准扶贫"政策中吸收营养,更应该和国家扶贫开发中的精准扶贫思想相结合。本文分析了目前高校贫困生资助工作的现状和存在的问题,并且以精准扶贫作为指导思想,从中吸取经验,用精准扶贫的思想来指导高校贫困生资助工作,以期对高校贫困生资助工作的开展和我国的扶贫工作提供有益的参考。

Precise poverty alleviation becomes the strategic orientation of China’s poverty alleviation and development as well as a response to the need of optimizing the allocation of poverty alleviation resources and developing quality promotion policy. In response to the general secretary Xi Jinping’s idea of precise poverty alleviation,universities,as the concentration of talent,technology,innovation,should not only play a role in precise poverty,but also absorb nutrients in the precise poverty policy. The work of funding the impoverished college students should combine with the thought of precise poverty in national poverty alleviation and development.This paper analyzes the present situation of funding the impoverished students in universities and the problems existed. Moreover,it takes the precise poverty alleviation as the guiding ideology to learn from experience and guide the work of funding impoverished students in universities in order to provide a useful reference in funding impoverished university students and the implementation of China’s poverty alleviation.
