上海某社区卫生服务中心2013年—2014年用药情况分析

Analysis of drug use in a community health service center between 2013 and 2014 in Shanghai

目的通过数据分析进一步掌握社区临床合理用药情况,为后期社区优化改革提供依据。方法从医院信息管理系统中调取2013年—2014年及部分2012年药品使用数据,统计并分析其中社区药物使用情况、销售分类排序等信息。结果该中心2012年—2014年度老年患者的处方量在持续上升,2013年较2012年上升3.7%,2014年较2013年上升4.9%。降压药、胰岛素、调脂药、抗血小板聚集等药的销售依然排在前列。与2013年相比,除上述药物外,平喘药、抗痛风药的销售也增幅明显。心血管药物依然占位居前:2013年、2014年两年销售数量在前20位的药物基本保持不变。结论该中心药物全部实行零差率销售,临床用药较为合理,对中成药的管理有待进一步加强。

Objective Through the data analysis to further grasp the situation of community clinical and rational drug use,provide the policy basis for the optimization and reform of community in the later period.Methods The data of drug use between2012-2014 were retrieved from the hospital information management system,and statistically analyzed. Results In2012-2014,prescriptions for elderly patients continued to increase.The number of prescriptions for elderly patients increased by3.7% in 2013 and 4.9% in 2014 compared with 2013.Antihypertensive drugs, insulin, lipid-lowering drugs, anti-plateletaggregation and other drug sales are still in the forefront.Compared with 2013,sales of antiasthmatic drugs and anti-gout drugsincreased significantly in addition to the above drugs.Cardiovascular drugs still top the list： The top 20 medicines sold in 2013 and2014 remained basically unchanged.Conclusion The center of the drug all the implementation of zero-margin sales, clinicalmedication is more reasonable, the management of proprietary Chinese medicines need to be further strengthened.
