一种用于结构裂缝修补及加固的改性环氧树脂注缝胶的应用研究

摘要 既有建筑的结构裂缝在影响建构筑物美观性的同时也威胁到其使用安全性。然而,此类建筑缺陷却远没有达到需拆除重建的程度,经过设计验算只需将缺陷部位进行局部加固与修补即可满足使用安全要求。WJY系环氧树脂注缝胶在传统的注浆材料上进行了复配改性,该胶具有黏度低(小于200 mPa·s,25℃)、强度高、韧性好、可操作时间长(气温较高时仍可保持)等优点,在工程应用中堵漏加固效果显著,全面满足设计要求。 The cracks of existing building structures will not only destroy the aesthetic feeling of the buildings but threaten its use security.These constructions' defects,however,is far from reach the level of need to be rebuilded,through the design calculation,simply reinforcing and repairing the defective parts can meet the safety requirements.WJY series epoxy resin glue injection on the traditional grouting material has carried on the distribution of modification,the glue has a low viscosity(less than 200 mPa s,25℃),high strength,good toughness and long operation time(at high temperatures can remain)etc,plugging and reinforcing effect is remarkable in the engineering application,fully meet the design requirements.
