预应力筋用锚具静载试验主要影响因素分析

Analysis on the Main Influencing Factors of the Static Load Test of Prestressed Tendon

目前判断预应力筋用锚具是否合格的主要手段是静载试验,它综合反映了锚具和夹片的硬度、强度、锚固性能等方面的性能。通过比对试验,分析探讨预应力锚具静载试验的主要影响因素。试验结果表明,试验环境温度和检测人员对检测结果影响较小,原材料本身性能及设备精度、长期稳定性对静载试验检测结果影响较大。

At present,static load test is the main method to judge whether anchorage for prestressed tendons is qualified,which can synthetically reflect the hardness,the intensity and the anchorage performance of anchorages and gripes.This paper mainly analyze and discuss the influencing factors of the static load test about anchorage for prestressed tendons through contrast tests.Analysis results show that the temperature of test environment and inspectors have little influence on the results,while the raw material's performance and the long-term stability will affect the analysisresults deeply.
