思想政治教育提升大学生创业素质探析

Thinking of Improving the Business quality of College Students' Entrepreneurship by Ideological and Political Education

新时代的中国经济日益繁荣,大学生的创业意愿持续高涨。在创业生态系统不断优化的今天,创业者素质的提升是实现"大众创业、万众创新"的根本保障。大学生在创业过程中普遍存在思想方面的问题,而这些问题正是导致大学生创业成功率不高的原因。依托思想政治教育中的政策教育、集体主义教育和心理健康教育对更好地解决大学生创业中存在的思想问题,对提升大学生创业素质有着不可替代的作用。

With the deepening of economic development and the intensification of market competition,the requirements for the quality of entrepreneurs in the new era are increasingly enhanced.Undergraduates generally have ideological problems in the process of starting a business,and these problems are the reasons that cause the success rate of undergraduate entrepreneurship is not high.This paper argues that relying on the policy education,collectivism education and mental health education in ideological and political education will play an irreplaceable role in better solving the ideological problems existing in college students' entrepreneurial work and promoting their entrepreneurial qualities.
