摘要 青年人才是企业人力资源的主力军和生力军,是企业发展的中坚力量,因此如何加快青年人才成长,对企业提升核心竞争力具有重要意义。以A企业为例,通过分析该企业人才队伍现状及问题,提出了"培训、短期活动、导师辅导、任务分配"4种分级、分类的青年人才培养模式,旨在增强人才培养效能,打造一支数量充足、年龄、知识及专业结构与企业发展相匹配的高精尖青年人才队伍,构建企业与员工发展共同体。同时,深入思考和总结了青年人才培养模式在A企业的实践成果,对企业青年人才队伍建设具有借鉴和指导意义。 Young talents are the main force and new force of the human resources of enterprises,and the backbone of the development of enterprises.Therefore,how to speed up the growth of young talents is of great significance for enterprises to enhance their core competitiveness.With the an enterprise as an example,this paper analyzes the present situation of the enterprise personnel and the existing problems,puts forward the training mode of training,short activities,coaching and task assignments of four kinds of classification of young talents to enhance training effectiveness,builds a sufficient quantity,age,knowledge and professional structure and the development of enterprises to match the sophisticated young talents team construction,development of community enterprises and employees.At the same time,we ponder and summarize deeply about the practice results of employee training mode,which has a positive reference and guidance for the construction of young talents in enterprises.
