艺术类学生在就业创业方面有其特点,自主创业倾向性较强、专业性较明显、行业性相对集中、产业特色较为明显。在"大众创业万众创新"的大好环境下,艺术院校要理性思索,立足艺术教学,从组织管理、体制机制、课程体系、队伍建设、评价体系等方面加强艺术类学生的创新创业教育。
