广深港客运专线狮子洋隧道泥水盾构泥浆综合管理技术

Comprehensive Slurry Management Technology for Slurry Shield Used in Shiziyang Tunnel on Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong Passenger-dedicated Line

泥水盾构在穿越软弱不良工程地质及有高压涌水风险的地层施工过程中,确保泥浆系统高效运转、达到盾构快速掘进是当前泥水盾构施工面临的重要课题之一。介绍狮子洋隧道泥浆管理过程中泥浆配制、泥浆循环及泥水处理技术,并对盾构穿越特殊地层的泥浆管理技术进行总结。主要结论与建议如下:1)泥浆材料种类繁多,需要考虑经济因素及地层条件,合理选择泥浆配置主要材料及外加剂;2)泥水盾构穿越复杂地层时泥浆的各项性能指标必须根据地层变化情况及时进行调整;3)进一步开展泥浆黏粒含量、失水量及胶体率等参数现场快速测定试验研究。

Poor geological conditions and high-pressure water inrush would be encountered during slurry shieldtunneling. The high efficiency of slurry system and rapid tunneling are the keys to slurry shield tunneling. In this paper,the slurry preparation, slurry cycling and slurry treatment for Shiziyang Tunnel are presented; and the comprehensiveslurry management technologies are summarized. Main conclusions are drawn as follows： 1） Due to the abundant kindsof slurry materials, the economical factors and strata conditions should be fully taken into consideration, and rationalmaterials and additives should be selected. 2） The slurry properties should be adjusted according to actual geologicalconditions when slurry shield tunneling in complex strata. 3） Further study of determination test on clay content, waterloss and gel rate parameters of slurry is recommended.
