知识-社会-心理结合模式在脑卒中病人心理和躯体障碍康复中的应用

Application value of knowledge-society-psychology model in the rehabilitation of mental and physical disorders in patients with stroke

目的:探讨知识-社会-心理结合模式在脑卒中病人心理和躯体障碍康复中的应用效果。方法:选取96例脑卒中病人,根据随机数字表分为观察组(n=48)及对照组(n=48),对照组应用常规性护理,观察组应用知识-社会-心理结合模式实施护理,分别于干预前后应用焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)对2组病人心理状况进行评价,并应用Fugl-Meyer评价法及脑卒中影响量表(SIS)对脑卒中病人躯体状况及生活质量进行评价。结果:观察组病人干预后SAS评分、SDS评分均显著低于对照组病人(P<0.01)。观察组干预后上肢运动功能、下肢运动功能评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组干预后SIS评分较对照组明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:知识-社会-心理结合模式可有效改善脑卒中病人心理状况、改善病人运动功能,有利于提高脑卒中病人生活质量。

Objective: To explore the application effects of knowledge-society-psychology model in the rehabilitation of mental and physical disorders in patients with stroke. Methods: Ninety-six stroke patients were divided into the observation group( n = 48) and control group( n = 48) according to the random number table. The control group and observation group were nursed with routine model and knowledge-society-psychology model,respectively. The psychological status in two groups were evaluated using the self-rating anxiety scale( SAS) and self-rating depression scale( SDS) before and after the intervention. The physical condition and quality of life in two groups were evaluated using Fugl-Meyer and stroke impact scale( SIS). Results: The scores of SAS and SDS in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group after intervention( P < 0. 01). The motor function scores of the upper and lower limbs in observation group after intervention were significantly higher than those than in control group( P < 0. 01). The SIS score in observation group after intervention significantly increased compared with control group( P < 0. 01). Conclusions: The knowledgesociety-psychology model can improve the psychological status,motor function and quality of life of patients with stroke.
