基于液体培养基的白芨种苗离体快繁技术

A Rapid in vitro Propagation Technique of Bletilla striata Seedling Based on Liquid Culture Medium

针对白芨[Bletilla striata(Thunb.)Reichb.f.]种苗人工繁育存在的问题,介绍了一种基于液体培养基的白芨种苗离体快繁技术,比较了不同成熟度白芨种子离体培养的具体技术方案。该技术操作简便,成本低廉,能有效实现白芨组培苗的高效快速生产,适宜于进行规模化生产。

A rapid in vitro propagation technique based on liquid culture medium for artificial breeding of Bletilla striata（Thunb.）Reichb.f. seedling was introduced aiming at solving the current problems. The specific techniques for in vitro culture of B. striata seeds with different maturity were compared. As practice confirms, the technique was with simple operation and low cost, which can effectively realize the rapid and efficient production of B. striata tissue culture seedling, thus was suitable for large scale production.
