政府信息公开影响因素研究——基于对G省88个县级政府的清晰集定性比较分析

Study on Influencing Factors of Government Information Disclosure:Based on Qualitative Comparative Analysis of 88 County-level Governments in Province G

探究政府信息公开的影响因素对推动政府信息公开具有重要的理论和实践意义。以G省88个县级政府为研究对象,运用清晰集定性比较分析法,探索了资源禀赋、公众压力、组织保障和领导重视四种因素对政府信息公开的影响。研究发现,推动政府信息公开的影响因素组合可以概括为内外部共同推动型和内部推动型。建议夯实政府信息公开的组织基础、提高政府主要领导人的重视程度、引导公民参与等,推动政府信息公开的水平。

It is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the influencing factors of government information disclosure for the promotion of government information disclosure.Taking 88 governments at the county level In Province G as the research object,using a clear set of qualitative comparison analysis,this paper explores the influence of four factors,namely resource endowment,public pressure,organizational guarantee and leadership importance,on the openness of government information.The research finds that the combination of influencing factors of government information disclosure can be summarized as internal and external promotion type and internal driving type.It is suggested that we should consolidate the organizational foundation of government information disclosure,make the government leaders attach greater importance to the issue,and guide citizen participation,so as to promote the level of government information disclosure.
