骨科老年患者术后不良事件发生的原因及护理对策

Causes and Nursing Countermeasures of Postoperative Adverse Events in Elderly Patients in Orthopedics Department

通过分析骨科老年患者术后不良事件发生的原因,提出针对性的护理管理对策,避免不良事件及医疗纠纷发生。文中列举出骨科老年患者术后常见的不良事件,分析其发生原因,并提出针对性的护理管理措施。认为骨科老年患者由于免疫功能下降、营养缺乏、心理焦虑等不良情绪、行为活动能力下降、合并基础疾病及开展不合理的护理措施等因素,导致术后发生跌倒、坠床、感染、下肢深静脉栓塞、压疮等不良事件;通过做好术前评估、加强护患沟通、完善术后护理工作流程、加强护理人员培训、提高专业水平及素质、加强病房安全管理及细节管理,可有效避免骨科老年患者术后不良事件的发生。

By analyzing the causes of postoperative adverse events in elderly patients of orthopedics department,we aimed to propose targeted nursing management strategies to prevent the occurrence of adverse events and medical disputes.This article lists the common postoperative adverse events in orthopedic elderly patients,analyzes the causes,and puts forward targeted nursing management countermeasures.It is considered that orthopedic elderly patients suffer from falling down,falling off bed,infection,deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity and pressure sores due to decreased immune function,malnutrition,psychological anxiety and other negative emotions,decreased ability to conduct activities,underlying diseases and unreasonable nursing care.By preoperative evaluation,strengthening nurse-patient communication,improving post-operative nursing care workflow,strengthening nurses training,improving professional standards and quality,strengthening ward safety and details management,postoperative adverse events in elderly patients can be effectively prevented.
