Discussion on Influencing Factors and Prevention Measures of Nosocomial Infection in Nursing Procedure

通过提高护理人员的专业技能、职业修养,严格落实护理无菌操作措施、提高护理人员的自我安全保护意识、对易感科室进行重点监测、对抗生素等药物进行合理使用,建立完善的护理管理制度体系、明确落实护理管理奖惩等措施、提倡实行护理质量监察监控工作等方法,改善护理操作及护理管理,降低院内感染的发生率,减少院内感染带来的不良影响,保障患者生命安全。

By improving the professional skills and quality,strictly implementing the nursing aseptic practices,raising the awareness of self-protection in nurses,monitoring of susceptible departments,rationally using antibiotics and other drugs,establishing a sound management system of nursing,clearly implementing reward and punishment mechanism,advocating the implementation of nursing quality monitoring and control methods,improving nursing operation and nursing management,we can reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections,and thus the adverse effects of nosocomial infections,to further ensure patient's life safety.
