摘要
医院护理工作中女性职工占比95%以上,全面放开二胎政策的落实对医院的护理人力资源调配及女性护士本人带来一定影响。本文重点分析全面放开二胎政策后,我院护理人力资源的特点,并讨论我院为了减少二胎政策对护理工作的影响所提出一系列对策的有效性。
In the hospital nursing work,the proportion of female workers accounted for more than 95%.The implementation of the universal two-child policy has an impact on the allocation of nursing manpower and the nurses themselves.This article analyzed the characteristics of nursing manpower in our hospital after the universal two-child policy and discussed the effectiveness of a series of countermeasures proposed by our hospital in order to reduce the impact of the second child policy on nursing work.
