摘要 电场耦合型无线电能传输技术是一种以高频电场作为能量介质的无线电能传输方式。为解决耦合机构的高压激励需求与高频电能变换环节中开关管的低压需求之间相互制约的矛盾,提出一种发射端采用Π-CLC谐振电路,拾取端采用S型串联补偿的Π-S型电路拓扑。在分析Π-CLC谐振电路特性的基础上,给出具有发射极板间电压泵升效果的谐振电路参数配置方法,并针对传输距离变化引起的系统传输性能下降的问题,提出一种基于相控电感的无级调谐方法。可实现传输距离在1~5mm范围内变化时系统始终工作在谐振状态,提高了系统的功率因数和稳定性。仿真和实验结果验证了所提出的电路拓扑及调谐方法的有效性和正确性。 Electric-field coupled power transfer(ECPT) technology is a type of wireless power transmission based on high frequency electric field.To solve the conflict between high-voltage excitation need of the coupling structure and the low-voltage need of switches in the high-frequency power-conversion link,this paper proposed a new topological structure with Π-S composite resonant network for ECPT system.This structure consists a Π-CLC resonant circuit on the transmitter and a S-type resonant circuit on the receiver.Based on the analysis of the Π-CLC resonant circuit,this paper presented the parameter configuration method to boost the voltage between transmitter plates.Aiming at the decrease of ECPT system transmission performance caused by the variation of transmission distance,this paper also proposed a stepless tuning method based on phased-inductor.It makes the system work at resonant state when the transmission distance varies in the range of 1 mm to 5 mm,and also increases the power factor and the system stability.Simulation and experimental results verify the effectiveness and validity of the proposed topology and tuning method.
