摘要 工作在宽输入电压和宽负载范围的Boost变换器,由于右半平面零点所产生的负调电压导致系统暂态性能较差,因此有效地抑制负调电压是提高暂态性能的关键。建立Boost变换器工作在宽输入电压和宽负载全动态变化范围内的负调电压数学模型。给出衡量负调电压的性能指标及抑制须满足的约束条件。根据建模结果提出一种基于减小系统阻尼比来提高系统暂态性能的参数优化设计方法。仿真和实验结果验证了全动态范围负调电压建模结果的正确性,以及提高暂态性能方法的有效性和可行性,为提高工作在宽输入电压和宽负载范围内Boost变换器的暂态性能提供了一种有效的方法。 The negative voltage generated by right-half-plane zero results in poor transient performance of the Boost converter working in wide input voltage range and wide load range.Therefore,an effective negative voltage suppression is the key to improve transient performance.This paper builds a mathematical model for negative voltage of the Boost converter working at wide input voltage range and load full dynamic range.The performance indicators of negative voltage evaluation and the constraint condition of suppression are provided.According to the results of modeling,a parameter optimization design method based on decreasing the system damping ratio is proposed to improve the transient performance.The simulation and experimental results have verified the negative voltage modeling within the full dynamic range and the proposed method of parameter optimization design.It provides an effective way to improve the transient performance of Boost converter working in wide input voltage range and wide load range.
