黄麻原纤非织造布增强PHBV复合材料工艺优化

摘要 以黄麻原纤针刺非织造布为增强材料,同聚羟基丁酸戊酸共聚酯通过热压工艺制成复合材料;对其生产工艺参数进行正交试验,探讨了各工艺条件对复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明,最佳工艺参数为材料配比40/60,热压温度165℃,热压时间4min,热压压强14MPa;由其制备的复合材料的拉伸断裂强度为66.501MPa。 With jute fiber nonwovens as reinforced material,composites were prepared with jute fiber nonwovens and PHBV by hot pressing method.Orthogonal experiment was designed to optimize process parameters.The influence of various technological conditions on the mechanical properties of the composites was discussed.The results showed that the optimum process parameters was material fraction of 40/60,hot-pressing temperature of 165℃,hot-pressing time of 4 min and hot-pressing pressure of 14MPa.The tensile breaking strength of composites reached 66.501MPa.
