摘要 在现代化企业的实际发展的过程中,企业并购受到广泛关注与重视,相关部门应当积极开展绩效评估与整合管理工作,针对并购工作特点与要求,创建现代化管理机制,加大并购管理力度,制定完善的计划与规划方案,提升绩效评估与整合管理工作水平,为企业的后续发展奠定牢固的基础。
