摘要
利用江苏地区农户调研资料,归纳总结新生代农民工的就业行业分布特征,并采用Logit模型进一步剖析服务业就业行业及雇佣模式选择的关键影响因素。研究结果表明,以受教育程度为主的个人人力资本是影响服务业特别是现代服务业就业的关键因素,社会资本有助于传统服务行业就业,稳定的婚姻关系、良好的沟通意愿、丰富的家庭资本和潜在社会资本有助于传统服务业自雇佣就业模式的形成。基于上述研究结论,提出推动职业教育系统性和规范化以稳步提升群体受教育水平、构建多维度非农就业权益保障机制与公共就业服务体系、加强创新创业生态系统建设以鼓励自雇佣就业等服务业就业的政策建议。
Using survey data for Jiangsu province,this paper summarizes the current situation and main characteristic of employment industry for new generation migrant workers and investigates the key causes for the selection of employment industry and employment pattern of service industry with logit model. The result shows that individual human capital which mainly compounds education level is positive in affecting the employment selection of service industry,especially of modern service industry. While social capital has a profound impact on the employment selection of traditional service industry. What's more,a stable marriage relationship,good communication will,rich family capital and potential social capital have positive effect on self-employment selection of traditional service industry. According to these,this paper proposes such policy suggestions as pushing forward the systematization and standardization of vocational education for raising education level,constructing employment rights protection mechanism and public employment service system,strengthening the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem to promote self-employment for the purpose of boosting service industry employment.
