中国老年人的心理健康对死亡风险的影响研究

The Influence of the Chinese Elderly's Mental Health on Their Mortality Hazard Rate

文章基于中国高龄老人健康长寿跟踪调查数据,研究中国老年人的心理健康与死亡风险的关系。研究发现:性别、年龄、民族、婚姻状况等人口学特征变量显著影响老年人的死亡风险;老年人的死亡风险因其城乡属性和受教育状况而异;生理健康方面,日常生活自理能力对老年人死亡风险的影响显著;生活方式上,不经常锻炼的老年人的死亡风险更高;社会支持变量显著影响老年人的死亡风险;老年人心理健康水平影响死亡风险,经常感到紧张、感到孤独的老年人的死亡风险更高,生活满意度较高的老年人比生活满意度低的老年人的死亡风险要低。

Based on the data of Chinese Longitudinal Healthy Longevity Survey,this paper aims to study the relationship between mental health and mortality hazard risk of the elderly. Research founding：the demographic characteristic variables of gender,age,ethnicity,marital status significantly affect mortality hazard risk of the elderly,and mortality hazard risk of the elderly varies by their educational status and living in urban or rural. As to physical health of the elderly,ADL of the elderly influences mortality hazard risk significantly. In terms of the variable of lifestyle,mortality hazard risk of the elderly who not do exercise regularly is higher. The variable of social support significantly affects mortality hazard risk of the elderly. The mental health levels of the elderly affect mortality hazard risk,and the mortality hazard risk of the elderly who often feel nervous and lonely is higher,the mortality hazard risk of the elderly who have high life satisfaction is lower than the elderly who have low life satisfaction.
