摘要
本试验旨在研究微生物发酵秸秆对山羊生产性能、血清免疫指标和抗氧化指标的影响。试验选用72只体重为(17.45±0.46)kg的健康波杂山羊,随机分为3个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复4只山羊。3个试验组的山羊精料组成相同,粗饲料分别为风干秸秆(对照组)、普通青贮秸秆(试验I组)、微生物发酵秸秆(试验II组)。预饲期15 d,正式期60 d。结果表明,与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组的平均日增重和平均日采食量显著增加(P<0.05),且试验Ⅱ组的平均日增重显著大于试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。试验Ⅱ组血清中Ig G和Ig M的含量显著大于对照组和试验Ⅰ组(P<0.05)。与对照组比,试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅱ组血清超氧化物歧化酶活性显著增加(P<0.05),丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05);且试验Ⅱ组血清总抗氧化能力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性较对照组显著增加(P<0.05)。因此,微生物发酵秸秆能够提高山羊的生产性能,提高免疫功能和抗氧化性能。
This study aimed to explore the effects of fermented feed on growth performance,blood immunoglobulin and antioxidant indices of goats.A total of 72 crossbred Boer goats [(17.45 ± 0.46)kg average BW] were blocked by weight and allotted to three treatments with six replicated of four goats.The basis concentrate of three treatments were same,and roughages were air-dried(control group),ensiled(treatment Ⅰ)or microorganism fermented(treatment Ⅱ)corn stalk.The experiment lasted 75 d,including 15 d for adaption and 60 d for formal test.The results showed that the average daily gain in treatment Ⅰ and treatment Ⅱ were higher than the control group(P〈0.05),and the average daily gain in treatment Ⅱ were greater than treatment Ⅰ(P〈0.05).The serum Ig G and Ig M contents in treatment Ⅱ were greater than the control group and treatment Ⅰ(P〈0.05).Compare to the control group,the treatment Ⅰ and treatment Ⅱ exhibited higher superoxide dismutase activity and lower malondialdehyde content(P〈0.05).And the total antioxidant capacity,glutathione peroxidase activity and catalase activity in treatment Ⅱ were higher than the control group(P〈0.05).In conclusion,the fermented feed can improve the growth performance,immune function and antioxidant ability of goats.
