摘要
试验旨在研究不同蛋白质饲料对红羽土鸡生长性能的影响。选择30日龄红羽土鸡360只,随机分为3组,分别饲喂豆粕、花生粕和鱼粉,每组6个重复,每重复20只鸡。试验期为70 d。试验结果表明,鱼粉组红羽土鸡的平均体重、平均日增重、平均日采食量、净膛重均显著高于豆粕组和花生粕组的红羽土鸡(P<0.05),豆粕组红羽土鸡的平均体重、平均日增重、平均日采食量、净膛重均显著高于花生粕组的红羽土鸡(P<0.05)。鱼粉组红羽土鸡的料肉比显著低于豆粕组的红羽土鸡(P<0.05),豆粕组红羽土鸡的料肉比显著低于花生粕组的红羽土鸡(P<0.05)。因此,为获得最大的生长速度和最佳的经济效益,需要给生态放养的红羽土鸡补充额外的优质蛋白质饲料,尤其以补饲如鱼粉等优质的动物蛋白质饲料效果最佳。
This study was conducted to investigate the effect of different protein feeds on growth performance of the redfeather chicken.A total of 360 30-day-old red-feather chickens were randomly allocated to three groups with six replications in each group(20 red feather chickens in each replication).The red-feather chickens in three groups were fed with soybean bean meal,peanut meal and fi sh meal respectively and the diets in three groups were the same in energy and protein level.The experiment lasted for 70 days.The result showed that the red-feather chickens in fi sh meal group had signifi cantly higher fi nal body weight(FBW),average daily weight(ADG),average daily feed intake(ADFI)and semi-eviscerated weight than those in soybean bean meal and peanut meal group(P〈0.05).The red-feather chickens in soybean bean meal group had signifi cantly higher FBW,ADG,ADFI and semi-eviscerated weight than those in peanut meal group(P〈0.05).The redfeather chickens in fi sh meal group had signifi cantly lower F/G than those in soybean bean meal group(P〈0.05)and the redfeather chickens in soybean meal group had signifi cantly lower F/G than those in peanut meal group(P〈0.05).Therefore,ecological free-range cultured red-feather chickens should be provided with extra high quality protein feed,especially high quality animal protein feed such as fi sh meal,in order to achieve maximum growth rate and reduce the F/G.
