黄芪注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭的Meta分析

Meta Analysis of HuangQi Injection in Treating Chronic Heart Failure

目的:系统评价中药黄芪注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:计算机检索Cochrane图书馆、Pub Med、Embase、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库,搜集自建库至2015年5月国内外公开发表的黄芪注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭的随机对照试验,按照Cochrane系统评价方法评价纳入研究文献的质量及资料提取后使用Re V Man5.0软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入10篇文献,总计860例慢性心力衰竭患者。Meta分析结果显示:联用黄芪注射液的观察组临床疗效优于常规对照组[OR=4.45,95%CI(2.98,6.64),P<0.000 01];观察组患者左室射血分数(LVEF)明显优于对照组[MD=-8.36,95%CI(-12.95,-3.78),P<0.000 01]。10篇文献中均未报道明显不良反应。结论:在常规治疗的基础上联用黄芪注射液可明显提高心力衰竭患者治疗的有效率并改善心功能,不良反应发生率较低。

Objective: To systematically evaluate clinical effects of Huang Qi injection in treating chronic heart failure(CHF). Methods: Randomized controlled trials of Huang Qi injection in treating CHF published at home and abroad were collected by searching Cochrane Library, Pub Med, Embase, CNKI, Wang Fang and VIP database from the database-building date to May, 2015, meta analysis was performed by using Rev Man 5.2 software after evaluating the quality of the included literature and data extracting according to Cochrane systematic evaluation method. Results: Ten articles were included, involving 860 CHF patients. The results of Meta analysis showed:clinical efficacy of the observation group was superior to that of the conventional control group [OR=4.45, 95%CI(2.98,6.64, P<0.000 01), the observation group was superior to the control group in left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) obviously[MD=-8.36,95%CI(-12.95,-3.78),P<000 01]. No obvious adverse reaction was reported in ten articles. Conclusion: On the foundation of conventional treatment, the combination of Huang Qi injection could notably improve therapeutic effective rate of heart failure and heart function with lower incidence of adverse reaction.
