药学干预在中药注射剂合理使用中的作用

The Function of Pharmaceutical Intervention in Rational Use of Traditional Chinese Medicine Injection

目的:分析药学干预应用在中药注射剂合理使用中的作用。方法:将320例需中药注射剂治疗的患者随机分为观察组、对照组各160例,对照组给予中药注射剂常规治疗,观察组在使用中药注射剂常规治疗的同时给予药学干预。观察2组用药合理性及住院费用、中药注射剂费用、用药频度(DDDs)和不良反应发生率。结果:配伍禁忌、用法、用量、疗程、适应症等合理性观察组均高于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。住院费用、中药注射剂费用、DDDs等观察组均少于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。心悸、恶心、皮疹等不良反应发生率观察组均低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:药学干预有助于降低中药注射剂应用过程中的住院费用、注射剂所需费用等,减少不良反应,提高用药安全性。

Objective: To analyze the functions of pharmaceutical intervention applied to rational use of traditional Chinese medicine injections. Methods: All 320 patients who needed traditional Chinese medicine injections were randomized into the observation group and the control group, 160 cases each group, the control group accepted conventional treatment of traditional Chinese medicine injections and the observation group pharmaceutical intervention on the foundation of conventional treatment. The incidence of adverse reaction, definite daily dose(DDDs), the cost of traditional Chinese medicine injections, hospitalization costs and the rationality of drug use of both groups were observed. Results: The observation group was higher than the control group in the rationality such as compatibility and contraindications, usage, dosage, courses, indications and others, and the difference had statistical meaning(P <0.05). The observation group was less than the control group in hospitalization cost, the cost of traditional Chinese medicine injections, DDDs and others, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The observation group was lower than the control group in the incidences of adverse reaction including palpitation, nausea, rash and others, and there was a significant difference(P <0.05).Conclusion: Pharmaceutical intervention is helpful to decrease hospitalization cost, the cost of traditional Chinese medicine injections in the application course of traditional Chinese medicine injections, reduce adverse reaction and raise medication safety.
