摘要
随着科技的发展以及材料在生活中的广泛应用,人们的需求不再局限于普通材料,还将目光投向具有更大市场的亲水材料.近年来,人们使用各种方法制备亲水材料,如溶胶凝胶法、等离子体处理法等等.本文作者将以SUS304与SUS201两种常见的不锈钢基材为实验材料,通过化学氧化法对其进行表面处理,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)与X射线能量色散谱(EDS)对处理前后不锈钢基材的表面性质进行分析,通过显微照片确定处理后不锈钢基材表面水的接触角数据,并利用荧光光谱法评价亲水不锈钢表面的吸附性能.
With the development of science and technology, and the widespread application of materials in daily life, people's needs are not only limited to ordinary materials, but also to focus on a largermarket with hydrophilic materials. In recent years, hydrophilic materials such as sol-gel method, plasma treatment method and the like have been prepared by various methods. In this work, SUS304 andSUS201 were used as the experimental materials, and the surface treatment was carried out by chemical oxidation. The surface of the stainless steel was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM)and X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The surface contact properties of stainless steel sub-strates were determined by photomicrography, and the adsorption properties of hydrophilic stainlesssteel were evaluated by fluorescence spectroscopy.
