摘要
目的:分析川芎-乌药药对挥发性成分的化学组成。方法:采用水蒸汽蒸馏改进法提取药材挥发油用GC-MS测定。通过自动质谱解卷积定性系统与结合文献定性化学成分、环已酮为内标定量。结果:药对挥发油中共鉴定出67种化学成分,含量较高的物质分别为共有成分乙酸龙脑酯和β-芹子烯,源于川芎药材的(z)-蒿苯内酯和源于乌药的乌药根烯与乙酰乌药醇。结论:川芎-乌药药对挥发性成分谱全部由单味药的化学成分构成,药对中未确切发现新增的挥发性成分。
Objective:To analysis the volatile chemical composition of the Chinese medicine herb pair Chuanxiong rhizoma-Lindrrae radix.Methods:The violet oil of medicinal materials was extracted by improved steam distillation method and determined by GC-MS.Qualitative analysis of the chemical component was implemented by using automated mass spectral deconvolution and identification system( AMDIS) combined with literature.Cyclohexanone was used as the internal standard of quantification.Results:Total of 67 chemical components were identified from assay preparation of violet oil of the herb pairs.Components with relatively high concentration were Bornyl acetate and β-selinene of common components,( z)-ligustilide of Chuanxiong rhizoma,Lindestrene and Lindenenol acetate of Lindrrae radix,respectively.Conclusion:Compared with individual herbs,the chemical composition spectrum of the studied pair is totally constructed by two single drugs.No new chemical compound was found affirmatively in the herb pair.
