摘要
文章首先探讨了全员设备效率(Overall Equipment Effectiveness,OEE)的七大损失构成和计算方式,通过指标树将OEE目标与工厂级指标生产效率相挂钩,逻辑化和数据化地定义正确的改善方向,再应用OEE模型将七大损失与OEE目标相挂钩,合理地布局资源和系统化提高。
This paper expounds the seven losses in Overall Equipment Effectiveness(OEE), and connect OEE targetwith the company level key performance indicator(KPI)via KPI tree, and it decides the right direction in the logic wayand by data. By the OEE model, this paper connects the OEE target with the seven losses to allocate resources and getsthe improvement in the systematic way.
