摘要
麦麸是一种中低档能量饲料,是小麦制粉过程中提取小麦粉和胚芽后的主要加工副产品,以皮层为主,混入少量的胚芽和未剥刮干净的胚乳,主要包含纤维、糊粉、一些矿物质和维生素,能值较低,粗蛋白质含量较高。此外,麦麸中还含有丰富的膳食纤维和非淀粉多糖,对于调节畜禽肠道健康具有重要作用。本文就麦麸的主要营养特性及在畜禽饲料中的应用研究等方面进行探讨。
Wheat bran is the main by-product of the milling process after extracting flour and wheat germ, which contains mostlycortex of wheat and a small amount of germ and endosperm.As an animal feed,the wheat bran mainly consist of fiber,aleuron,and some vitamins and minerals,that has low-energy value and high protein contents.In addition, it also riches in dietary fiber and non-starch polysaccharides(NSP),which plays an important role in regulating animal intestinal health.This paper reviewed the main nutritional characteristics of wheat bran and its application in animal feed.
