摘要
低品位矿中杂质成分含量较多,其中的铅又对高炉有极大危害,现以A钢厂高炉冶炼低品位矿为背景,通过实际生产数据,对高炉入炉原料和支出物料进行铅平衡计算,分析了高炉生产中铅的行为规律,得出铅在高炉内的循环富集以及侵蚀机理。
The content of impurity in low grade ore is more, and the lead is very harmful to blast furnace. In this pa?per, the A-steel blast furnace smelting low-grade ore as the background, through the production of actual data, blast fur?nace into the furnace raw materials and expenditure materials for lead balance calculation, the behavior of lead in blast fur?nace production is analyzed, and the cycle enrichment and erosion mechanism of lead in blast furnace are obtained.
