摘要
SWRCH6A冷镦钢在镦头成型后进行头部坚固性试验,试验过程中螺栓多次出现掉头现象,且掉头部位均为头杆结合处,为分析造成螺栓冷打掉头的主要原因,对掉头螺栓及完好螺栓进行宏观观察、金相组织、非金属夹杂物、扫描电镜等检测分析。结果表明:SWRCH6A圆头螺栓冷打掉头的主要原因有头杆结合处无r角、头杆结合处组织流变等。
After the head of the SWRCH6A cold heading steel was forged, soundness test of the head was carried out.During the test, the failure on the head happened several times, and its positions were all the joint of the head and the rod.In order to analyze the main causes of the failure on the head of the cold bolts in the cold test, the bolts with failure on thehead and intact bolts were tested by macro observation, metallographic structure, non-metallic inclusions and scanning e?lectron microscopy detection. The results showed that the main causes of the failure on the head of the SWRCH6A roundbolt in the cold test are that there is no angle-r but structural rheology at the joint of head and rod.
