熔剂配比的提高对熔剂制备系统产能提出了新的要求,从原料粒度、生产准备、振动筛有效面积、破碎机等几方面着手分析,通过优化料场布置、重新设计振动筛、采用组合式锤头等几方面提高了破碎效果、成品收得率,进而提高熔剂制备产能。

The increase of flux ratio is a new requirement for the capacity of the flux preparation system. This paper an？alyzes the grain size, production preparation, effective area of vibrating screen, crusher and so on, the crushing effect andthe yield of the finished product have been improved by optimizing the layout of the material field, redesigning the vibratingscreen, using the combined hammer head and other aspects. Furthermore, the production capacity of the flux is improvedand can meet the production and cost requirements.
