摘要 包钢宽厚板生产线采用先进的炼钢、连铸、双机架轧制及热处理工艺,研制开发了汽车桥壳用钢。钢板组织均匀,晶粒度评级为11级,主要是铁素体和珠光体组织;屈服强度>450 MPa,抗拉强度>550 MPa,-20℃、-40℃、-60℃低温冲击功都在130 J以上,达到了技术协议要求。该产品钢质纯净,综合性能良好稳定,抗疲劳性能检测也优于国内同类产品。 The heavy plate production line of Baotou Steel adopts advanced steelmaking, continuous casting, doublestand rolling and heat treatment technology, and the steel for automobile axle housing is developed. The microstructure ofsteel plate is uniform and the grain is fine, mainly ferrite and pearlite; The yield strength is above 450 MPa, tensilestrength is above 550 MPa, -20 ℃, -40 ℃, -60 ℃ and the impact work at low temperature is above 130 J, which rea?ches the technical agreement requirement. The product is pure steel, comprehensive performance is good, stability, fatigueresistance test is better than domestic similar products.
