摘要
以鼓槌石斛组培苗为材料进行移栽试验,研究了其生长条件,包括基质选择、炼苗移栽技术、移栽后管理等方面。结果表明:恰当的生长条件加上合理的栽培管理可以使鼓槌石斛组培苗移栽成活率达95%以上。
The transplanting experiment of Dendrobium chrysanthum tissue culture seedling was carried out,andthe growth conditions,including substrate selection and transplanting technique were studied. The results showedthat the survival rate of tissue culture plantlets of Dendrobium officinale was more than 95% with proper growth con-ditions and reasonable cultivation management.
