摘要 针对当前印染行业现状、活性染料染色存在的问题,以及超临界二氧化碳染色、微胶囊染色、仿生结构生色、非水介质染色等几种新型染色方法的研究动态和应用现状,提出了另一种新型活性染料少水或无水排放染色技术,重点介绍了该技术的原理、应用特点及应用现状。该染色技术具有节约染化料用量、节水节能,大大降低废水排放的特点,且因不改变传统染色方法的原理而更易于快速推广和被行业所接受,从而推动纺织染整行业的清洁生产和可持续发展。 Aiming at the current situation of printing and dyeing industry and the problems of reactive dyestuff dyeing, according to the research trends and application status of supercritical carbon dioxide dyeing, microcapsule dyeing, bionic structure coloration and non-aqueous medium dyeing, another new dyeing technology of reactive dyes with little or no water discharge was put forward. The principle, application characteristics and application status of the technology were emphatically introduced. The characteristic of dyeing process was to save energy and the amount of dyes, and greatly reduce wastewater discharge. Because it does not change the traditional dyeing methods and principles, it is easier to be popularized and accepted by the industry, so as to promote the cleaner production and sustainable development of the textile dyeing and finishing industry.
