摘要
以苯乙烯-异戊二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SIS)和聚异丁烯(PIB)等为主要原料合成SIS型医用热熔压敏胶,研究C_5石油树脂用量对压敏胶的力学性能、粘结性能以及其吸水性能的影响.研究结果表明,随着C_5石油树脂含量的增加,压敏胶的拉伸强度、持粘时间和180°剥离力呈现出先增加后降低的趋势,压敏胶的吸水率和体积膨胀率逐渐降低.当C_5石油树脂含量为25%时,压敏胶具有最优良的综合性能.
The styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer( SIS) and polyisobutylene( PIB) are as the main raw material to synthesize the SIS pressure-sensitive adhesive. The test investigated the effect of the amount of C5 petroleum resin viscosity resin on the properties of pressure sensitive adhesive,Such as its mechanical properties,the stick performance as well as the water absorption performance. The results showed that with the increase of the tackifier content,the tensile strength,sticky time and 180° peel strength presented a trend that it increased first,then decreased,while water absorption and volume expansion rate were gradually decreased. When the content of C5 petroleum resin is 25%,pressure sensitive adhesive has the excellent comprehensive performance.
