阿托伐他汀钙联合氯吡格雷预防TIA发作后脑梗死的作用及对血脂水平、凝血功能的影响

Effect of atorvastatin calcium combined with clopidogrel on prevention of cerebral infarction after TIA and its effects on blood lipid level and coagulation function

目的探讨阿托伐他汀钙联合氯吡格雷预防短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)后脑梗死的作用及对血脂水平、凝血功能的影响。方法选择TIA患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其均分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组采用阿司匹林+氯吡格雷治疗,观察组采用阿托伐他汀钙+氯吡格雷治疗;观察比较治疗前后两组患者的血脂水平、凝血功能及不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组患者TC、TG、LDL-C水平比治疗前明显降低,且比治疗后的对照组患者水平低,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,对照组与观察组患者PLT均显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但治疗前后组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);疗前后,两组患者APTT、PT水平组内及组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者不良反应发生情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组脑梗死发生率明显比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿托伐他汀钙与氯吡格雷联合给药能有效改善TIA患者血脂水平,降低脑梗死发生率,且用药安全性较高。

Objective To investigate the effect of atorvastatin calcium combined with clopidogrel on cerebral infarction after transient ischemic attack(TIA) and its effect on blood lipid level and coagulation function. Methods 60 patients with TIA were selected as the subjects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method.Patients in control group were treated with aspirin+clopidogrel.Patients in observation group were treated with atorvastatin calcium and clopidogrel.The levels of blood lipids,coagulation and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).After treatment,the PLT of the control group and the observation group decreased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05).The levels of PLT and APTT in the two groups were no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P > 0.05).The incidence of cerebral infarction in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Atorvastatin calcium combined with clopidogrel can effectively improve the blood lipid level of patients with TIA,and reduce the incidence of cerebral infarction,and the drug is safe.
