外科护理品管圈活动对护理满意度的影响

Effect of surgical nursing quality control circle on nursing satisfaction

目的探讨外科护理品管圈活动对护理满意度的影响。方法选取2014年5~12月(尚未推行护理品管圈活动)我院外科收治的住院患者187例患者为对照组;选取2015年1月~2016年1月(全面推行护理品管圈活动)收治的同类型外科住院患者186例列为实验组,利用问卷调查方式及投票方式,从患者对护士语言,服务态度,病房环境,入院告知,技术水平,医嘱执行等方面的满意程度及患者总体满意率方面对比两组患者对护理的满意度。结果实验组与对照组比较,患者对护士语言,服务态度,病房环境,入院告知,技术水平,医嘱执行等方面的满意程度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组患者对这些方面的满意程度明显高于对照组;同时实验组与对照组患者总体满意率比较,实验组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),从而得出实验组患者护理满意度明显高于对照组。结论外科护理品管圈活动有利于护理人员提高自身护理能力及护理人员凝聚力,同时有利于提升患者的护理满意度,值得在临床推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of surgical nursing quality control circle on nursing satisfaction. Methods From May 2014 to December 2014(no nursing quality control circle activity),187 inpatients admitted in our hospital were selected as the control group,a total of 186 surgical inpatients of the same type from January 2015 to January 2016(Carry out the activities of nursing quality control circle in an all-round way) were selected as experimental group.By means of questionnaire survey and voting, The degree of satisfaction of Nurse' language,service attitude,ward environment,admission notification,technical level and Medical advice execution and the overall satisfaction rate of patients were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group,there were significant differences in the patients' satisfaction with the nurses' language,service attitude,ward environment,admission notification,technical level and the execution of doctors' orders(P < 0.05).The degree of satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was obviously higher than that in the control group,and the overall satisfaction rate of the patients in the experimental group was obviously better than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),which showed that the nursing satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group. Conclusion Surgical nursing quality control circle is beneficial to the nursing staff to improve their nursing ability and the cohesion of nursing staff,at the same time,it is helpful to improve the patients' nursing satisfaction,which is worth popularizing in clinic.
