综合护理干预在提高老年消化道出血患者疗效及生活质量中的作用

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on improving curative effect and quality of life of elderly patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage

目的研究应用综合护理干预措施在提高老年消化道出血患者疗效以及生活质量中的作用。方法选择2015年12月~2016年12月我院收治的300例消化道出血的老年患者作为研究对象,随机平均分为实验组与对照组,每组各150例,其中对照组使用常规方法进行护理,实验组则采取综合护理干预措施,两组患者均跟踪随访一年。观察比较两组患者的临床疗效和生活质量情况。结果实验组患者的总有效率为90%,明显高于对照组的68%(P<0.05);干预后1个月及之后的时间段内,两组患者的生活质量较入院时均有所改善,且实验组的ADL量表评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将综合护理干预措施应用在老年消化道出血患者身上,能够有效提高患者治疗有效率,改善患者的生活质量,在临床上值得推广与使用。

Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in improving the curative effect and quality of life of elderly patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage. Methods From December 2015 to December 2016,300 elderly patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 150 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing methods,the experimental group was treated with comprehensive nursing intervention measures,the two groups were followed up for one year.The clinical efficacy and quality of life of the two groups were observed and compared. Results The total effective rate of the patients in the experimental group was 90%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(68%)(P< 0.05).The quality of life of the two groups was improved one month after intervention and the scores of ADL scale in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Applying the comprehensive nursing intervention to the elderly patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage can effectively improve the effective rate of treatment and improve the quality of life of the patients.It is worth popularizing and using in clinic.
