预见性护理指引模式在骨科护理中的应用分析

Application analysis of predictive nursing guidance model in orthopaedic nursing

目的探讨预见性护理指引模式下的骨科护理对于改善病情和预后的影响。方法选取我院骨科2016年1月~2017年2月期间收治的118例骨科疾病患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(预见性护理指引模式)和对照组(常规护理),各59例,观察两组患者的护理效果及其预后。结果与护理前比较,两组患者日常生活活动能力(ADL)评分和汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分相对更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后与对照组相比,观察组患者对于护理的满意率(94.92%>79.66%)和ADL评分[(88.12±6.18)分>(76.69±5.28)分]相对更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而治疗恢复期间的并发症(1.69%<8.47%)相对更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论预见性护理指引模式的应用,对于提高骨科护理质量和改善患者预后有着积极的影响。

Objective To explore the effect of orthopaedic nursing under the predictive nursing guidance mode on the improvement of the condition and prognosis. Methods One hundred and eighteen patients with orthopedic diseases treated by our department from January 2016 to February 2017 were randomly divided into observation group(predictive nursing guidance model) and control group(routine nursing),59 cases in each group,and nursing effect and prognosis of two groups were observed. Results The ADL scores and the Hamilton Depression scale(Hamd) scores were significantly lower in the two groups than before nursing(P < 0.05).Compared with the control group, the satisfaction rate(94.92% > 79.66) and the ADL score(88.12±6.18) >(76.69±5.28) in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P < 0.05),while the complications during the treatment and recovery(1.69% < 8.47%)were significantly lower than those in the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of predictive nursing guidance mode has a positive effect on improving the quality of orthopedic nursing and improving the prognosis of patients.
